This post was not planned at all. Last week, when I was visiting my local book store in a search of nothing particular really, I found this magazine called Verena, the first 2012 issue, in Russian. I do not consider myself as a magazine reader- I prefer books, but this one caught my attention. I fell in love with this light airy cardigan. This cardigan is made with 75% kid mohair and 25% silk, which gives it this dreamy look. I had to have it..
Now, as a beginner knitter I have zero experience with this fine kind of knitting. I've never used such a gentle yarn before. Or needles thinner than 3.5 cm. It was pretty tricky in the beginning, trying to make my fingers, the needles and the yarn work in harmony- but it looks like I did it! .
Following the instructions, I managed to knit the first few rows and I love the result already. It feels super soft, light and gentle. Can’t wait to see how it will turn out!
Wish me luck!

P.S For this project I use Soft Dream yarn by BBB Filati and 7.5 cm needles.
